The Green Pumpkin Smoothie

Hey Friends!

I have been making this raw smoothie since the beginning of October to celebrate Fall and it is officially my favorite! It is delicious and filled with tons of superfoods! I have it at about 4x a week. I hope you love it as much as I do 🙂

The Green Pumpkin Smoothie

The Green Pumpkin Smoothie

 -2 handfuls of organic kale/spinach
– 1/2 frozen banana
– 1/2c of organic pumpkin puree
-1c of unsweetened almond milk (you may add more depending on the consistency you desire)
– 1 tbsp of almond butter
– 1 tbsp of ground chia seed
-1 tbsp of flax seeds
– 1 tbsp of cocoa nibs
– 1 tsp of maca powder
-1 date

Blend and garnish with 1 tbsp of hemp seeds or 1 tbsp “Raw: Go Take a Hike” Trail Mix
