Lovely Greens Smoothie

3I absolutely LOVE LOVE LOVE papaya! I can eat it plain, in a smoothie, with my yogurt or in my oatmeal. I came up with this creation and have made it every morning for 3 days straight.


serving size- 2


-1 handful of organic baby kale

-1 mini cucumber

-1 kiwi

-1 banana

– 3/4c of papaya

-1c of brewed green tea or water (or more depending on consistency)

– 1 tbsp of raw reserve green superfood (can be found online or in supermarkets)

-ice (optional)



1. Wash all the produce and put in the blender

2. Blend all the produce, raw reserve powder and ice together

3. After 2-3 mins, pour into a glass and enjoy with a dash of cinnamon (my fave)!
